• The Draw Promoter is AllClear Insurance Service Limited
• The Draw will take place at midnight on 17/12/2010 (Draw Time and Date) by an independent person who will make a random selection from all participating 'Tweets' to establish the Prize Winner
• The Winner will be posted on Twitter. The winner must be following AllClear to enable a direct message to be sent requesting a postal address. The winner must then email AllClear with their postal address to claim their prize within 48 hours of the Draw Time and Date
• All entered Tweets may be used for further publicity on the AllClear website, or other channels
• No purchase is necessary
• No cash alternative is available
• Those entering our AllClear Christmas competition must be over 18
