As the COVID-19 situation has developed, we have done everything we can to remain as flexible as possible to support our customers and our staff through what is an unprecedented period. We have been continually reviewing their needs and how we can best provide this support, including whether we can continue with our current opening hours.
Following the further restrictions on movement imposed by the Government on 23rd March, all of our staff that are able to do so are now working remotely. As a number of our contact centre agents are not able to do this, our staffing levels have been reduced and we have had to take the difficult decision to shorten our opening hours to 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday for the time being. The lines will therefore be closed on Saturday and Sunday.
These new hours will take effect from Tuesday 24th March and continue until further notice. Rest assured, we will keep the situation under continuous review and look to increase our opening hours as soon as feasible.
