Can you get your money back if you want to cancel?

You can cancel your policy within 14 days of purchase and obtain a full refund if you’re not completely satisfied with the cover. This is provided you haven’t travelled on the policy and do not intend making a claim.

After the cooling off period you can still cancel but you might not be entitled to receive any refund.
