How do you edit your quote?

During the quote process you can select the Edit quote button.

Amend quote to show annual multi-trip policies rather than single trip

How do you amend your quote to show annual multi-trip policies rather than single trip?

You can change this on your quote summary page.

Where an annual multi-trip policy is available, at the top right of the quotes is an option Switch to annual multi-trip premiums.

Using this button allows you to alternate between single and annual multi-trip quotes.

Remove a medical condition from your quote

How do you remove a medical condition from your quote?

Please select ‘Remove condition’ (if the condition was part of a linked condition these will also be removed) on the Traveller’s medical conditions summary page.

If you have selected an incorrect condition and have been presented with the questions,  you’ll need to complete any questions currently being asked, select ‘Add condition’ and then ‘Remove condition’

What if you need to go back a page?

Clicking on your web browser’s toolbar won’t work. Instead, it could cause you to lose quote details.

If you’ve moved onto the second section, Medical, there is a Go back button you can use at the bottom of the page.

The video below shows where to find the Go back button.

If you’ve gone past the Medical section, you will need to select the button Edit quote instead. You will then be returned to the start of the quote process with your previous answers saved, allowing you to change any details.
