Why might I be offered RedArc?
We wanted our service to go further than providing insurance and assisting a claim. That’s why we’ve partnered with RedArc, a free of charge serious illness and bereavement support service, to provide our customers with practical and emotional support following a claim.
This support will be in the form of an assigned nurse who will give you expert advice in an approachable and friendly manner for up to six months following your claim.
Support following a claim
RedArc will be offered to you if you have fallen ill as a result of a serious medical condition while travelling, if the situation has become seriously traumatic for those travelling or if someone close to you has died, causing a trip to be cut short or cancelled.
AllClear and RedArc
We feel it’s our responsibility to continue to support those affected long after a claim has been made, that’s why we’ve partnered with RedArc.
You will be assigned to your own dedicated Personal Nurse Adviser, who will take time to understand your situation. From day one, they will be able to give you practical advice and emotional support to help you through.
