We’re thrilled to announce that we swept the boards at the recent Broker Innovation Awards 2023. AllClear won in all three of the categories we were nominated in, including the prestigious Personal Lines Broker of the Year award. 

We also won the Outstanding Services to the Customer award, highlighting our use of innovative technology, expert staff and teamwork that raises the standard of customer service to the highest levels within the industry.

The judges were impressed that we prioritise the highest level of customer care by investing in our contact centre staff. Our technological innovations also drew praise for their impact on making things easier for our customers. 

The AllClear Group also won the best Digital Intermediary of the Year award, honouring our exceptional use of digital platforms to enhance customer service.
