AllClear does not operate a maximum age limit for single trip or annual multi-trip policies. Children under 18 can be covered but there must be an adult named on the policy too.
All conditions.
AllClear does not exclude cover for any individual medical condition or condition groups. Whilst we endeavour to include as many conditions and synonyms as possible in our database we do not guarantee that every condition can be found. If you cannot find your specific condition then please call our contact centre who will advise how to screen and cover your condition. AllClear does not guarantee that it will be able to offer cover in all circumstances if a combination of age, policy type, number and severity of pre-existing medical conditions exceeds our underwriting limits. AllClear can only offer cover for a terminal prognosis if the prognosis is more than 6 months at your trip return date.
Quote Prices
The prices shown on this website are only valid at the time they are generated. We reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may fluctuate. If you purchase a policy over the phone our sales consultants will confirm the correct price before you make a purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw prices without notice.
Discounts
- Discounts are only available for AllClear Gold, AllClear Gold Plus and AllClear Platinum policies.
- Percentage discounts (e.g. 15%, 20% etc.) are available to customers who purchase a policy and are applied as detailed in the promotional material.
- Sometimes our promotional offers will be exclusive to policies purchased through either our Call Centre or online at allcleartravel.co.uk.
- Discounts only apply to the base premium of your travel insurance quote and do not apply to any premium generated to cover medical conditions.
- Unless specifically stated in the promotional material, percentage discounts are not applicable to AllClear Cruise Gold or AllClear Cruise Platinum policies.
- Policies can be purchased over the phone or online at allcleartravel.co.uk.
- To qualify for the relevant discount, customers must quote the discount code at the time of purchase.
- Customers must refer to the promotional material for qualifying dates, if applicable.
- The discount value is as stated on relevant promotional material.
- AllClear reserves the right to change the offer at any time.
- No cash alternative will be given.
- The offer cannot be redeemed against existing policies.
- The discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Only one discount can be applied to each policy. Some discounts are offered via promotional code and some are generated by our system. For an extremely small number of policies (0.3%) a system generated discount will supersede promotional discounts, for example where very complex medical conditions generate a significantly high premium, AllClear may choose to substantially discount this, to offer cover to customers who without this discount may not have access to comprehensive, affordable cover. This type of discount may apply for new as well as returning customers. We hope this makes a difference in the marketplace and aligns our core values with our customers. We believe everyone has the right to travel.

Terms and Conditions
The World’s Oldest Jetsetter Competition – Terms & Eligibility
Nominations for the ‘World’s Oldest Jet-Setter’ are open to UK residents aged 70 or over at the time of entry. Individuals may nominate themselves or be nominated by a friend or family member by completing the Google form. The closing date of the Competition is 23:59 on 1st of May 2026. * There is no obligation to purchase a policy to be considered eligible.
The Competition promoter is IES Limited (the “Promoter”).
To be eligible, nominees must hold a valid UK passport and confirm that they are medically fit to travel in line with airline and accommodation provider requirements.
One winner will be selected on the 1st of May 2026* by an independent judging panel appointed by the Promoter, based on age and evidence of continued interest in travel, as demonstrated in the nomination.
The Promoter will notify the winner by no later than the 8th of May 2026*. Entrants must be available on 15th of May 2026* to confirm their email address. If a winner does not respond to the email confirmation request by the 22th of May 2026, * they will forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.
The prize is a trip worth up to £1,000, where the winner will be provided with vouchers for flights from flightgift.com and accommodation via hotels.com, along with £400 spending money**. Vouchers must be used within the time limits and subject to the terms and conditions set by the voucher providers.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and ensuring they have appropriate cover for the duration of the trip.
Any costs outside the agreed prize inclusions will be the responsibility of the winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees (i) to provide photos and/or quotes from their trip and (ii) to pose for a reasonable number of photos to be taken by the Promoter’s photographer, in both cases for use in campaign and editorial content.
The Promoter may publish or make available the winner’s first name and county of residence to confirm that a valid award has taken place. By entering, participants acknowledge that these details may be disclosed on the Promoter’s website, social media channels, or other promotional materials.
If the winner objects to the publication of this information, they must notify the Promoter at the time of acceptance. The Promoter will respect such objections but may still be required to provide limited information to regulatory bodies on request.
Only one entry per household is permitted.
Any dispute regarding this promotion will be referred to the Promoter’s CEO, whose decision will be final.
Entrants must not be employees, or relatives of employees, of any company within the AllClear group.
Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the PRIVACY POLICY.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
