AllClear Travel Insurance was the winner of four national awards in September, receiving prizes at the Broker Innovation Awards 2022 and UK Broker Awards 2022 – both held in London.
At both events, AllClear picked up the esteemed accolade of Personal Lines Broker of the Year.

The Personal Lines cover, designed for the “new normal”, is focused on quality, safety and clarity of cover providing what is needed for post-pandemic travel insurance. Judges at the Broker Innovation Awards 2022 were impressed by the “clarity of proposition and how it delivers for customers with services that were personal to its clientele.”

At the Broker Innovation Awards 2022, AllClear was also the winner in the Customer Service category. Here, the company’s 360 approach, developed during the pandemic, aimed to provide support within all stages of the customer journey – dreaming, planning, quoting, sales and post-sale aftercare. It was noted by judges in its ability to “impress clients, with fantastic and consistent feedback”.

Distinguished honours

There were also distinguished honours at the BIA Awards for CEO Chris Rolland who won Director of the Year. In particular, he was praised for his ability to “pull the team together through the tough times of a pandemic” while overseeing successful multiple new initiatives.

Chris Rolland, CEO of AllClear, commented: “We are honoured and delighted to have won four prestigious awards as a company. The challenges the travel industry has had to contend with during the past two years have been some of the most demanding in living memory. At AllClear, we were faced with huge mountains to climb, forcing us to adapt, re-think and act. This was no easy task, and these awards are a testament to how our staff rose to these challenges, emerging from the last two years stronger than ever before and thriving as a business.”
