A widely-reported global IT outage on the 19th of July 2024, has impacted a number of flights, as well as other systems worldwide.

The websites and Call Centres for AllClear remain fully operational. AllClear has bespoke technology platforms, and is not affected by the current IT outage.

What should you do if your flight is affected?

If your journey has been impacted by the IT problems, you will need to contact your airline directly, who should rebook you on alternative flights. If you are already abroad but were due to return home, your airline is responsible for providing extra accommodation, in line with their terms and conditions.

You have the right to a full refund for your flights from the airline if you decide not to travel after a delay of 5 hours or more.
