We receive commission from the insurer for the sale, service, and renewal of the insurance policy on your behalf. This commission is included in the premium you pay and does not constitute an additional fee. We may also receive an additional profit share commission if we meet certain targets set by the insurer. Additionally, our staff may receive monthly or periodic incentives and bonus payments based on their performance, which is evaluated against various targets, including the quality of service provided to you.
