The FCDO states that Egypt has experienced significant political turmoil since January 2011. To this day, Egypt’s political environment remains restrictive. So before travelling, it’s advised that you regularly check the FCDO website for the latest travel advice. Regarding Covid, Egypt is not on the Red list, nor is any other country. But always check the latest entry requirements before travelling.
What is the age limit on Egypt Travel Insurance?

Allowed trip lengths vary between policies. However, the maximum you can get for a single trip quote online is for up to 365 days.
Is it best to buy a single or an annual multi-trip policy for Egypt?
Whether buying a single or annual multi-trip policy is best for you depends on how often you intend to travel during the next 12 months. If you are going on holiday multiple times throughout the year, an annual multi-trip policy could work out better value for you. With an annual multi-trip policy, you can travel as many times as you like throughout the period of your insurance. There are, however, limits on the number of days you can be away for any one trip, which for some providers also depends upon your age.
