Information for policyholders: Ryanair cancelled flights (winter 2017)

For AllClear Gold and Gold Plus policyholders – and AllClear Traveller policyholders (bought after 1st November 2016)

Ryanair will be cancelling up to 18,000 more flights, which could affect up to 400,000 passengers this winter.

Please note, these event are not covered as a reason for Travel delay (delayed departure) or Trip abandonment.

Therefore, we will not cover claims arising from this situation – as it does not fall within the cover listed in your policy wording. Instead, this event would fall under staff shortages / operational failures, which we do not cover.

Please speak directly with Ryanair for refund requests and / or new flights, if you are affected.
